To align with our values and security policy, we do not store our client’s data in a conventional way and use our own technology to put them in a safe place. Likewise, we do not create a customer account. Therefore, you will be kept informed of your order/delivery/support progress via email.
Reminder: We will never ask you for your passwords, public/private keys, seed phrases, or other sensitive data stored in your Keepser Cold Wallet.
